"From Rosati with Love" is a dry rose based on the St. Vincent grape. St. Vincent originated in Missouri as an accidental hybrid from Chambourcin and Pinot Noir near Augusta. For the 2024 vintage, we directly pressed St. Vincent to give a pale, salmon hue and preserve the fresh red berry character of the wine. The pedigree of Chambourcin is clear with soft spicy tones and exotic wood aromatics.
